Table Mahjong Privacy Policy

Table Mahjong is a social Mahjong game for solo play and private multiplayer rooms. This policy explains what information the app handles and how it is used.

Information the app handles

Table Mahjong does not require an account, email address, phone number, or real name.

The app may handle the following information when you choose to use related features:

• Display name and avatar choice: Used to identify you inside a Mahjong room.
• Custom avatar image: If you choose a photo or image from your device, it is stored locally in the app or browser storage so it can be shown as your avatar.
• Game preferences: Tile color, table mat, background, pet, sound, camera angle, and similar settings are saved locally on your device.
• Multiplayer room data: Room code, seat, reconnect token, player names, avatar identifiers, pet choice, connection status, and gameplay state are processed by the game server to run private multiplayer games and reconnect sessions.
• Voice chat data: If you opt into voice chat, microphone audio is transmitted through the configured voice service for the active room. Voice chat is optional and is not required for gameplay.
• Website analytics: Google Analytics may collect page views, browser/device information, approximate region, referrer, and similar usage data to help understand traffic and improve the website.

What is not collected

Table Mahjong does not intentionally collect precise location, contacts, payment information, health or fitness information, or advertising IDs for ad targeting.

How information is used

Information is used to provide gameplay features, including starting and joining multiplayer rooms, showing player names and game state, reconnecting players to active games, saving local preferences, enabling optional room voice chat, measuring website traffic, and improving the game.

Sharing

Table Mahjong does not sell personal information. Information is only shared with service providers needed to operate and improve the game, such as hosting, multiplayer networking, website analytics, and optional voice chat infrastructure.

Retention

• Local settings remain on your device until you clear app/browser storage or uninstall the app.
• Multiplayer room state is temporary and intended to expire after games end or rooms become inactive.
• Optional voice chat is real-time; the app is not designed to record voice conversations.

Children

Table Mahjong is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. Do not use voice chat or custom photos without appropriate permission and supervision where required.
