Refund Policy

This policy describes refunds for the optional Table Mahjong Plus membership.

Table Mahjong Plus costs $4.99 per month or $29.99 per year (US dollars, plus applicable sales tax calculated and collected at checkout by Stripe Tax and shown before you pay). It includes the Halloween pack.

Requesting a refund

Free early access is free: nothing is charged, so there is nothing to refund.

Email hello@tablemahjong.com within 3 days of a new purchase and we will refund it in full. Accidental or duplicate charges are always refunded. Renewal charges are not refundable except accidental or duplicate charges; cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Include your account email and the receipt reference if available. Do not send card numbers. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Stripe usually returns them in 5–10 business days.

Canceling renewal

You can cancel anytime through Manage membership on tablemahjong.com (web). Ordinary cancellation stops future renewal and keeps Table Mahjong Plus through the end of the period you paid for. No refund is due for the rest of that period.

How refunds affect access

A partial refund keeps access for the paid period. When cumulative refunds cover the full charge, access funded by that invoice is removed. A completed full refund of the latest subscription invoice (including a newer unpaid renewal invoice) also cancels that subscription immediately, without an extra prorated charge. Refunding an old or duplicate invoice does not remove other paid coverage or cancel a newer membership.

A pending full refund holds the affected access while it is processed, but does not stop future billing. Cancel renewal separately in Manage membership if needed. Failed or canceled refunds lift that hold. Opening a payment dispute suspends all Stripe membership access on your account and cancels the disputed subscription and its future renewals immediately. A won dispute restores otherwise-valid paid access through its paid period, but does not restart billing; you can resubscribe afterwards. A lost dispute removes coverage on the disputed subscription and other account payments made at or before the dispute closed.

Your saved content

Refunds, cancellations and disputes do not delete saved designs or uploaded photos. Premium items (studio features, premium mats and backdrops, and Halloween pack items) are locked when membership ends, and the table falls back to the default look except for the saved-photo and existing-room exceptions below. Your saved choices come back if you subscribe again. Existing local photos remain available on your device; member-only account and room features follow the normal membership lapse rules. Eligible saved mat and backdrop photos remain usable locally on your device. Sharing uploaded photos in new rooms requires active membership. A host vibe already shared in a room stays visible in that room.
